1 4 oz. ball of burrata cheese
2 medium peaches, pitted and sliced
2 small plums, pitted and sliced
4-6 tomatoes on the vine, quartered
Basil leaves, for garnish
2 Tbsp. Calabrian chilies in oil, don’t drain
Flakey sea salt, for garnish


Step 1:

Arrange burrata, stone fruit, and tomatoes on a serving platter. Scatter the basil leaves over top and drizzle with Calabrian chilies and the chili oil (from Calabrian chilies).  Finish with flaky sea salt.
