Baked Feta & Beefsteak

8 oz. block feta cheese
2-3 beefsteak tomatoes, quartered
1 cup pitted olives
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 tsp. each Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2-3 sprigs oregano
Flaky sea salt, for garnish
1 loaf crusty bread, sliced


Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Step 2:

In a medium sized baking dish, add feta, tomatoes, olives, and red onion.

Step 3:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over the mixture in the baking dish.

Step 4:

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the feta cheese and tomatoes have softened.

Step 5:

Remove from the oven and garnish with oregano, lemon zest and flaky sea salt, if desired and serve with crusty bread.
