Easy Pasta Salad
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Serves 8
- 1/4 Pound provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/4 Pound imported ham, cubed
- 1/4 Pound Genoa salami, cubed
- 1 Box penne pasta
- 3-5 Sprigs fresh parsley
- 5 Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, quartered
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Small can black olives
- Italian dressing
Cook penne pasta, set aside until room temp. Combine pasta, cheese, meats, tomatoes, cucumber and olives in a large mixing bowl. Mix in half the bottle of dressing and chill dish for at least an hour, then pour the other half onto pasta salad and sprinkle in parsley before serving.
