Fresh Garlic Tomato Sauce

- Serves 2-3
Ingredients
- 1 package Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs red wine
- Sea salt
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
Preparation
Set a medium-sized pot of salted water to boil.
Add half of the olive oil to a saucepan, heat to medium.
Slice garlic, add to saucepan and sautee 3-4 mins, or until fragrant.
Cut washed cocktail tomatoes into quarters, add to saucepan with salt and cook, stirring frequently, for 7-10 minutes, adding red wine halfway through.
Cook whole wheat pasta al dante to package directions, drain, and stir into sauce.
Finish with olive oil and fresh or dried herbs (oregano, rosemary, or basil).
