Spicy Cocktail Tomato Chutney

- Cooking Time: 5 minutes
- Serves 4-6
- 12 Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, quartered
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- ½ tablespoon crushed red chilies
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 ounces red wine vinegar
Over moderate heat, cook the onions and garlic until soft. Add the chilies, vinegar and sugar.
Bring to a boil, turn down heat, then add the tomatoes. Cook until soft.
Remove from the heat and stir in chives, salt and pepper to taste. Cool and serve.
Serve with crackers, bread or meat.
