Pico De Gallo Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 cups Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons white onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons jalapeño, seeded & minced
- 2-3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ¼ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ habanero chili, seeded & minced
Preparation
Halve the tomatoes and scoop out of the seeds with your fingers into a sieve. Save the juice but discard the seeds. Dice the tomatoes into a nice even dice. Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve with chips.
