Summer Salsa

Ingredients
- 6 Backyard Farms Beefsteak Tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded and chopped
- 1 small Vidalia onion, minced
- 1 Jalepeño pepper, ribs and seeds removed, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 limes, juiced, plus zest
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate at room temperature for several hours before serving with your favorite tortilla chips.
