Tired of the same old salsa? We asked Liz Harris from Floating Kitchen to shake things up and she delivered with this savory-sweet salsa with fresh cantaloupe that's the perfect addition to any Summer party! Serve it as an appetizer with your favorite tortilla chips for dipping (for extra presentation points, use the cleaned-out cantaloupe half for the bowl!). Or use it to top tacos, grilled chicken or fish.
In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
You can serve this salsa immediately. Or cover and refrigerate it for a couple hours before serving.
