NEBO Bucatini alle Vongole

- Serves 4-6
- 1 pound Bucatini pasta
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Backyard Farms Tomatoes on the Vine
- 1 pound baby clams
- Salt and pepper to taste
Boil 1 pound of Bucatini pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is boiling, heat ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium high heat.
Add 4 cloves of garlic and cook until slightly golden.
Meanwhile cut the Backyard Farms Tomatoes on the Vine into large chunks. Add to the sauté pan and use a fork to push down on the tomatoes to squish them.
Add 1 pound of baby clams in shell.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
Cover pan and lower heat. Cook until the clams open. Toss over pasta.
