Pico De Gallo Salsa


  • 2 cups Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño, seeded & minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¼  cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ habanero chili, seeded & minced


Halve the tomatoes and scoop out of the seeds with your fingers into a sieve. Save the juice but discard the seeds. Dice the tomatoes into a nice even dice. Mix everything together in a bowl. Serve with chips.
