Italian Steak with Cocktail Tomato Salad

- 1 sirloin steak
- 3 Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup capers
- 2 cups arugula
- ⅛ cup basil, torn into pieces
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
Grill steak until medium rare. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.
While the steak grills, gently toss Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, capers, arugula and basil in a bowl.
Mix oil and vinegar in a separate bowl.
Toss the oil and vinegar dressing with vegetables and place on the steak to serve.
