Smoked Salmon and Cocktail Tomato Dip

- Serves 8-10
- ½ cup Backyard Farms Cocktail Tomatoes, sliced in half
- 6 to 8 ounces of smoked salmon, flaked
- 1 package cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonaisse
- 1 bunch of green onions, sliced
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
Mix all ingredients together, adding tomatoes and salmon last.
Spread on round buttered crackers or crackers of your choice. Enjoy!
