24 Backyard Farms Cocktail tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
2 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon thyme leaves
¼ cup chopped pistachio nuts
Line the tomato halves on a cutting board and set aside.
In a medium size bowl cream the cheese, yogurt, honey and salt together. Stir in the thyme.
Pipe or spoon small amounts of the cheese mixture on top of each tomato. Sprinkle the tops with some of the nuts.
Place the tomatoes on a serving dish and serve at room temperature.
