Beefsteak Tomato and Burrata

Ingredients
- 1 Backyard Farms Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
- 1 ball of Burrata cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Saba
- extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
Slice Beefsteak Tomato into 5-6 slices. Add Burrata cheese and tomato slices to plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with a drizzle of Saba and EVOO and serve.
