Here’s a party pleaser that’s fun to make! The Cocktail Scoops are a tasty, nutritious bite of summer the whole family will love.
You’ll only need a few ingredients to make the scoops: Cocktail Tomatoes, cream cheese, yogurt, honey, thyme, pistachios and salt.

The Cocktail Tomatoes add a subtle, sweet taste that we love in a homemade sauce. Add the fresh tomatoes to some parsley, garlic, EVOO, white wine vinegar, basil, salt and sugar and let marinate.
